What When Where helps you find community events across the UK. Browsing is free and always will be. An account adds saving, reminders and event submission.

Listings come from organisers and the community. We work to keep them accurate, but events change, move and cancel outside our control. Check with the organiser before travelling a long way. We are not the organiser of listed events and are not responsible for what happens at them.

Submit only events that are real, lawful and yours to share. You keep ownership of what you submit, and you give us permission to display it, including any photos, as part of the service. Photos must be yours or used with permission. We review submissions and may edit for clarity or decline listings that do not fit, are misleading, or are unlawful.

Do not misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no spam listings, no attempts to break or overload it, no impersonating organisers. We can suspend accounts that do.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from event changes, cancellations, or reliance on listing details. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
